In the mobile coffee van business, your requirements are different to that of a cafe owner. In a café with a fixed temperature, the barista’s operating parameters are controlled, and he/she can extract the perfect pour consistently. At the back of a coffee van you are faced with huge variations in daily temperate influenced by the natural elements, movement and heat emitted from your van. Our beans are sourced from reputable suppliers and we only use AA Grade and Grade 1 beans, ensuring you have the best quality product in the marketplace.

Vibe
Guatemala, Costa Rica, Sumatra, India
Our Vibe blend is rich, full bodied and inspired by the traditional Italian espresso but blended with the Australian palate in mind. This medium-dark roast is low in acid. The Vibe blend has won the title of silver for Espresso and bronze in Franchise Chain Milk. A standout as either an espresso or milk based coffee, Vibe will tower overmost other coffees, giving you a true Italian style coffee with a unique Australian touch.
Alpha
Guatemala, Costa Rica, Brazil
Earlybird’s coffee Alpha blend is strong, bold and dashing. This is our flagship bean, both as an espresso and milk based coffee. Using the finest beans from Central and South America displaying minimal acidity and a sweet, bold aftertaste. With a strong aroma, this blend leaves a full flavour for the customer whilst being a very versatile blend for the operator to work with. Optimised and tweaked for the mobile coffee industry, considerations into humidity and temperature were utilized when creating this boutique blend.
Honeycomb
Colombia, Guatemala, India
Three beans are combined to create an experience that is rich, smooth and pleasantly lingers on the palate. In milk, this blend leaves honeycomb and raisin notes, and a sensational body that cuts through the milk. As an espresso, the delicate apple and citrus notes permeate which is a precursor to the balanced yet complex sensation that dances on all parts of the palate.
